A Practice That Values Growth

Careers at Bridge Counseling & Wellness
Help us build a practice that treats the whole person in the whole system
We’re building a team of clinicians, creatives, and collaborators who understand that healing happens at intersections—where clinical expertise meets systems thinking, where trauma recovery meets digital ethics, where individual therapy meets upstream work.

Who We’re Looking For
Bridge Counseling & Wellness is seeking clinicians who share our vision: therapy that bridges clinical excellence with critical systems thinking.
We’re building a team of therapists who:

Bring rigor and empathy to their work

Think critically about systems—not just symptoms

Value evidence-based practice alongside human connection

Are committed to ongoing learning and growth

Center equity, justice, and accessibility

Understand that personal healing and systems awareness are inseparable
